Leah joined Rennick & Gaynor in 2025 as Practice Manager, bringing extensive experience from top tier and mid tier firms. Beginning her career as an Executive Assistant, she progressed through roles including Group Lead and Team Coordinator before moving into Practice Manager positions.
With broad exposure across multiple practice areas, Leah has developed a strong understanding of the operational and strategic needs of a legal practice. She has a keen interest in process improvement and is focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the practice and the firm as a whole.
