Craig was admitted to practice in 1983 and became a partner of Rennick & Gaynor in 1986. His early years with us were mainly devoted to personal injury law and he later developed the firm’s commercial litigation practice. He left the practice in 2000 and after 6 years returned as a senior consultant to support our commercial team’s litigation needs.
Craig has, since 2007, gained extensive experience in managing compensation claims and planning matters for landowners under the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986, the Planning and Environment Act 1987 and the Subdivision Act 1988.
Craig is committed to supporting the firm’s litigation requirements, exploring settlement options for clients, mentoring junior colleagues on practice and procedure and instructing expert witnesses and barristers. He has also instructed in the running of many hearings in all Courts and VCAT.
