Pierce was admitted as a Solicitor in 2022 and commenced working with Rennick & Gaynor in August, 2023 with Lauren Sullivan and the Property Law team. Pierce also works closely with Desmond Khoo on more complex property matters.
Pierce provides a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process and can assist clients from start to finish in all sales and purchases, related party transfers and off the plan purchases. With his knowledge of PEXA and Duties On Line, Pierce can assist his clients with the automated property transfer process efficiently and effectively.
