Selina was admitted to practice in February 2009 and returned to Rennick & Gaynor as partner in May 2019 after a period of 18 months practising in the Geelong region.

Selina has vast experience in the areas of commercial and property law with the main focus of her legal career being dedicated to advising and acting for claimants in their claims for compensation under the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 and the Planning and Environment Act 1987.

Her diverse skills set is evident from her involvement in various client cases ran by our firm such as Rigby v Secretary to the Department of Sustainability and Environment [2012] VSC 427, Rigby v Tiernan [2016] VSC 352 and Morphy v Beaufort Townsville Pty Ltd & Jaguar Land Rover Australia Pty Ltd (Civil Claims)[2018] VCAT 1520.

Selina is dedicated to building relationships of trust, achieving the best possible outcome for her clients and takes pride in maintaining integrity. Selina takes a practical and problem solving approach to all matters she undertakes on behalf of her clients.  With its evolving nature, the law keeps her motivated and allows her to challenge herself whilst continuing to build on her knowledge and skills.
