Tony was admitted as a solicitor to practice in 2012 and commenced with Rennick & Gaynor in May 2023.
Tony’s practice areas include preparation of wills and will interpretation, asset protection and estate litigation, including experience with family provision claims, estates comprising national assets and Centrelink compliant special disability trusts.
Tony brings a background of law experience into his wills and estates practice making him uniquely placed to understand complex individual and family circumstances and the diverse aspects of law that often arise when dealing with planning and distribution of estates.
Tony is an integral part of our wills and estates team who work together to simplify complicated legal issues and processes and to ensure that our clients are informed, protected and supported with the legal expertise, listening skills and attention to detail that are called for during some of life’s most challenging processes and important decision making.
