Jessica was admitted to practice in September 2014 and joined Rennick & Gaynor in September 2022. Jessica has over 18 years’ experience in the legal industry having worked in top tier and regional firms.
Jessica is an integral part of our Property Law team. With her vast experience, Jessica provides a wealth of knowledge and understanding of property law and can assist clients from start to finish in all residential and commercial sales and acquisitions, agribusiness, adverse possession, compulsory acquisition and assisting developers through initial negotiations to running large scale projects.
Jessica’s diverse skill set is evident from her involvement in recent cases such as Matusik v Maher Farms Pty Ltd & Ors [2022] VCC 393 and Re McGowan & Valentini Trusts [2021] VSC 154.
Jessica is dedicated to achieving the best outcome for her clients in a cost-effective manner and takes pride in building relationships of trust whilst maintaining integrity.
Jessica is passionate about assisting her community and volunteers her time on the Board of Gateways Support Services.
