Liz was admitted to practice in October 2013. Liz is one of the Partners of Rennick & Gaynor and heads our Wills & Estates team.
Each client is unique and no matter the complexities, Liz maintains an understanding and empathetic approach, working closely with her clients to achieve their desired estate planning outcome. Her experience in reviewing and addressing various aspects of client’s circumstances, including complexities such as blended families, family trusts, superannuation and control of private companies, enables her to provide a comprehensive service.
Liz acts on behalf of executors to obtain Probate and with her team undertakes the estate administration process to ensure that executors are aware of and meet their obligations.
When a Will is challenged, Liz represents executors in defending the estate and wishes of the testator. She has also acted for claimants who wish to understand their rights and challenge inadequate provision under a Will. The ability to listen and understand her client’s story enables Liz to successfully represent and support her clients.
Liz’s willingness to help, care and attention to detail have helped her build trusted and enduring relationships with generations of clients. Liz has a passion for ensuring that clients understand how the estate planning and administration process operate. She gains satisfaction in her client’s relief in having their affairs in order.
