Matt was admitted to practice in November 2018 and joined Rennick & Gaynor in June 2022.
He has extensive experience spanning commercial and property law. Following admission, he held roles in an international law firm and the public service, including as Associate to Deputy President Kovacic of the Fair Work Commission. Matt is regularly engaged on a range of matters where he has worked closely partners of the firm as well as with numerous leading barristers across a broad range of transactions and disputes. He is valued for his strategic judgment and ability to navigate complex legal and factual issues with clarity.
In addition to practice, Matt has contributed to legal education as a Sessional Academic within the Faculty of Law at Deakin University. He also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Melbourne (H2A) and is committed to delivering considered, high quality advice tailored to the needs of each client.
